V9.2.139-UAT — LIVE PLAY AI V2 MODE BOUNDARY

Implemented:
- PERSONAL mode never displays Ultimate AI V2 advice.
- AI V2 live advice is structurally eligible only when HYBRID was explicitly selected at session start.
- HYBRID reference renderer is side-by-side: FROZEN = <decision> £<wager>      AI V2 = <decision> £<same wager>.
- AI V2 uses the Frozen-policy wager in this initial architecture; no separate V2 wagering policy is introduced.
- AI V2 activation firewall currently returns no V2 decision. No Frozen/Casual/V1 fallback and no invented V2 recommendation is displayed.
- Once a validated V2 evaluator is activated, the existing final-hand comments offer an AI V2 influence note type only on hands where V2 advice was actually displayed.
- Explicit session-start HYBRID eligibility is kept separate from the legacy hybridMode flag, because legacy Frozen action deviation can set hybridMode=true. This prevents V2 advice leaking into a session that did not explicitly select HYBRID.

Validation performed:
- javac compilation PASS.

Not performed:
- Full project 1/6–6/6 integrity gate.
- V2 live decision activation (research remains unactivated).
