- Middle-bank serving side is deterministic only for the topology dataset.
- Entry queues remain independently shuffled.

Build verification:

- Full 60-execution smoke run: PASSED
- Smoke-run successful completions: 56 of 60
- Smoke results are verification only and are not documented as official findings.
